Answers:

1)

Who are we?

At a hotel in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, two men shared their vision for effective world missions.  Realizing that developing countries around the world had far too few resources to construct training centers, Bible schools and drug rehabilitation centers, these men began to dream - and The Builders Club was born.

Charlie King of Aurora, Colorado, and Missionary David Wagner were dreaming of what could happen if churches across America could involve everyone in doing something to fulfill the Great Commission.

In America, approximately sixty-five percent of church-going people are inactive in the world missions programs of their church.  The Builders Club is an effort to bring that percentage down through informing, challenging, and partnering with individuals and congregations around the country, helping them understand the importance of their role in world evangelism.

2)

Why do we exist?

Simple.  Because of the lack of funds needed to purchase building materials for various construction projects around the world, church growth in developing nations is hindered.  The Builders Club was conceived to help lift that financial burden.

3)

Why are we needed?

  • Albania - 3 million people - no Bible school

  • Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo -
    2004 projected Bible school completion

  • Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo -
    3.5 million people - 24 trained pastors -
    Bible school in process

  • Austria - 8 million people - no Bible school

  • Burundi, Africa - 5 million people -
phenomenal revival - no Bible school

  • Namibia, Africa
July 1 - no Bible school
July 2 - Bible school property purchased and plans started for a new Bible school in Namibia, thanks to The Builders Club and friends.

These are just a few reasons why The Builders Club is needed.

4)

How do we work?

The Builders Club is a giving program facilitating a network of architectural, construction and engineering specialists working together to build the Kingdom of God.

With the resources given by partners of The Builders Club, these professional volunteers, (Builders International) will take your gift and direct it to projects around the world for the single purpose of reaching the lost with the Gospel.

Selflessly giving of their time and effort, these men and women are the "ground troops" of The Builders Club, bringing their skills and capabilities to construction projects in cities, villages and jungles around the world.

This ministry is more than blocks and concrete.  When you partner with The Builders Club, you are joining a partnership that will create more than buildings.  It will create new life and new hope through Jesus Christ.

5)

What are our solutions?

50 cents a day.  It is not too hard to find 50 cents.
Think about the things you spend 50 cents on every day.
What if each of us could take that 50 cents a day and put it together?
What does it add up to?

$15 per month.
Per person.

The Builders Club is asking you to redirect your loose change.

Take that 50 cents a day and spend it on something other than your
morning coffee or your daily newspaper.

What are you going to do with your 50 cents?
