  • AFRICA

Democratic Republic of Congo - Kinshasa Bible School:  There are approximately 300 students with only four finished classrooms. They desperately need a cafeteria, kitchen, dormitories, offices as well as married student housing.

Republic of Congo - Pointe-Noire Bible School:  There are less than 10 trained pastors in the entire country.  Yet, since the communists left ten years ago, conservative estimates place the church growth at over 5,000 new church plants. They are in dire need of trained pastors.  The Bible school is lacking classroom space, dormitories, cafeteria, kitchen and offices. There are presently 35 students in attendance.

Pointe-Noire Girls Vocational Bible School:  A vocational and Bible training school to save young girls from a life of prostitution.  Many young girls are turned out into the streets to provide money or food for their family.  By teaching these young ladies to sew, as well as Biblical principles, they will have an alternative.  Missionary Jan Dickinson is teaching the girls to sew using a foot peddle machine, due to the lack of electricity.  Upon graduation, each young lady will be trained to sew for the wealthy and leave with her own sewing machine to begin her new life.

  • ARGENTINA

Buenos Aires - Martinez Worship Center:  The church congregation is presently meeting in their school gymnasium which they have outgrown.  The project plan is to build a 2,500 seat auditorium on the same property.

  • COLOMBIA

Bogota - Bible school: We assisted with funding, teams and managing the construction of classrooms, offices for the national church as well as other ministries.  Our participation in this project has been completed.

  • POLAND

Warsaw - Bible school:  There are 107 students in the day and evening classes.  There is dormitory space for 24 men.  A new kitchen and cafeteria are in the plans.  A larger dormitory is desperately needed as well as more classroom space.  Eighty percent of newly planted churches are without a trained pastor.  The need for trained pastors is great.

  • ROMANIA

Bucharest - Bible school:  Tom Paino of Actionow funded the renovation of this Bible school. The Builders Club donated $3,000 toward this project. Our Builders International team assisted with plans and with project management.  Our participation in this project is complete.

  • VENEZUELA

Barquisimeto - Bible school campus:  This project is completed and is what stirred our hearts toward the founding of The Builders Club.

Caracas - Impact of God Drug Rehabilitation Centers:  Teams, funding and construction was provided for this vital ministry.  Director Juan Madriz and his wife Yenny direct the men's and women's centers that now average 300 in attendance.  We were able to construct a men's ranch outside of the city of Caracas as well as purchase and renovate two other buildings used for induction centers.  In recent months a ranch was purchased outside of the city of Caracas for the women.  The dedication of this building is set for November 11, 2003.  Pastor Juan Madriz was saved from a life of crime and drug addiction, and he and his wife are having a huge impact in Venezuela for the Kingdom of God.
